Waeger has been manufacturing precast concrete since 1992. The Company now operates from a specialised precast concrete manufacturing factory on approximately 23000m2 of land at Rutherford NSW. Our precasting facilities include 2 prestressing beds, 2 x 50t overhead gantry crane, a 1500m2 undercover casting area with 2 x 10t overhead cranes and a 5t overhead crane, steam curing facilities. Various sized materials handling equipment is used to store elements in our large product storage area.
Waeger has the capability to manufacture a wide range of products ranging from small wheelstops up to 100t post tensioned structural bridge beams.

Our precast facility is strategically located in Hunter Valley region of NSW so that we can operate 24 hours a day to transport to projects over a wide geographical area. Close proximity to the New England Highway and M1 provides and excellent transport solution.
Waeger employs a specialist team for the management of the whole precast production process. Our team consists of a Precast Manager, a Production Supervisor and team leaders who manage the production process. A full-time Quality Assurance Officer monitors product quality throughout the manufacturing process and prior to delivery. Our expert in-house drafting team also prepare shop drawings to aid the manufacturing process.
